**Job Summary**
As a part-time remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve any issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. This role requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with customers to understand their needs, providing solutions that meet their expectations
* Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and sales, to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
* Work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
* At least 18 years of age
* Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
* Basic math skills, with the ability to count and perform calculations
* Ability to lift/carry hand freight of varying weights several times a week, to lift dock plates weighing approximately 100 pounds, and to open trailer doors requiring approximately 75 pounds of lift force, up to several times per day or more
* Ability to bend, twist, squat, pushing/pulling freight throughout shift
* Ability to work in a dock environment, exposed to varied weather conditions, exhaust, fumes, dust, and noise
