- 7+ years of experience of Foodservice experience.
- Experience managing regional accounts and foodservice brokers.
- Financial acumen with previous P&L experience.
- Knowledge and experience working in Microsoft products.
- Experience using CRM tools and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and decision making skills.
What this job is all about:
The Division Sales Manager is a growth driver within our Foodservice Business Unit, leading performance across top national and regional distributors. This role owns distributor strategy, broker execution, and revenue growth while partnering cross-functionally to deliver volume, margin, and market expansion.
In this job, you’ll do things like:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors and corporate headquarters; typically including engagement with Category Management, Marketing, Culinary, Supply Chain, Sourcing, QA, and Sales.
- Drive growth against key targets by strategic plans to include pricing action (incentives, billbacks, rebates) and brand promotion (POS, custom presentations, culinary ideations, trade shows and events).
- Drive revenue growth and distributor pull through strategy by executing strategic plans against key commercial, non-commercial, and regional chain operators.
- Manage sales agency in executing business plans to ensure the achievement of volume, revenue, and profit objectives.
- Use data and insights to monitor progress and course correct as necessary.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to project sales performance and ensure production is supplied to meet demand.
- Closely monitor and analyze P&Ls to identify trends and build strategies to mitigate or capitalize on those findings.
- Manage the key customer experience and provide the timely information necessary to all internal departments to meet external customer requests and actively engage in problem-solving projects.

- MBA or additional management and business development.
- Understanding of pricing strategy and revenue management (discounts, rebates, etc.).
- Excellent project management and organization skills.
- Culinary experience.
- Proven experience selling tabletop items within the foodservice industry
- Ability to understand and utilize various forms of data and research to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Experience working with cross functional partners such as Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, Operations, and Marketing.
