Your role will involve: • Explaining the claim process to customers • Making and maintaining connections with customers by understanding their needs and meeting their expectations • Serving customers with empathy and compassion • Providing information to customers on claim status and answering inquiries on existing claims • Contacting or receiving contact from customers or other claim-related third parties to obtain and/or provide necessary file information to comply with quality and process standards • Processing claims payments • Scheduling auto and/or property inspections • Assisting with rental car as needed • Receiving, screening, and routing incoming telephone calls and other electronic correspondence • Clearly and accurately documenting all actions taken into the claim at every touchpoint • Using online resources and claims knowledge to assist customers with claims-related concerns of varying complexity **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
