Key Responsibilities

• Enter all payments for sessions into the company's Practice Management Software accurately and within a 30-day timeframe, ensuring compliance with our financial protocols and procedures.
• Ensure payments received by the 25th of each month for the previous month's sessions are entered by the 25th of the following month, meeting our strict deadlines and maintaining our high standards of financial accuracy.
• Provide a weekly report of entries completed, including notes on errors, discrepancies, or missing sessions, to the CEO via email on an agreed-upon day of the week, demonstrating your commitment to transparency and communication.
• Communicate promptly with the CEO regarding any payment-related discrepancies or system issues, ensuring that any problems are addressed efficiently and effectively.
• Submit an invoice to the HR Manager and CEO at the end of each month, adhering to our contract terms and ensuring timely payment for your services.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information, upholding the trust and confidence of our organization and its stakeholders.
