The Enablement & Operations team is the backbone of MCAPS, designing, building, and managing the levers that accelerate commercial growth. This includes compensation, business performance and insights, planning, skilling, tooling, and engineering. As a Director, Business Management, you will be an integral part of this team, leading a dynamic group of business and program managers responsible for the organizational rhythm of business, budgeting and financial planning, procurement, compliance, governance, and special projects.

This is a remote opportunity with the flexibility to work from home or a Microsoft office near you. As part of a global team, you will collaborate with colleagues across various time zones with core hours aligned to Pacific Time.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year, with a different range applicable to specific work locations, such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
