**Job Summary**
As a Senior Manager, Demand Planning, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective demand planning and forecasting. You will be responsible for developing and implementing demand plans that meet or exceed business objectives, while also identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth supply chain operations. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand plans for all products across the Americas Business Unit (BU)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of demand plans
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to inform demand planning decisions and identify opportunities for growth
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including suppliers and distributors
* Identify and mitigate risks to demand planning, including supply chain disruptions, changes in market trends, and other external factors
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency and effectiveness
* Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and forecasting
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, preferably in the FMCG/Retail industry
* Proven track record of success in demand planning and forecasting, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with demand planning software (Anaplan/SAP or similar)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
* Strong scientific skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision
