- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints and address any issues they may have.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately input and maintain large quantities of information in our system, ensuring up-to-date records and reports.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies, and be proactive in seeking feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a degree in a related field.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
