The Role
As a Sales Consultant - German Speaker, your primary responsibility will be to make sales calls to sign up campsites and holiday parks to take bookings via our website. You'll also help clients complete the registration process and work alongside our account coordinators to ensure seamless communication. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts: Build relationships with key supplier decision-makers and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry.
- Discovering and following up on new accommodation: Identify new opportunities and follow up on leads to grow our portfolio of site owners.
- Promoting our product: Provide recommendations on our product and promote it internally and externally.
- Monitoring and analyzing results: Track key performance indicators and ensure client inventory meets company requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of conducting new business development, including B2B cold calling. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent German and English: You must be fluent in both German and English to communicate effectively with our site owners and clients.
- Proven sales experience: You should have at least two years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of conducting new business development.
- Self-motivated and organized: You should be self-starters, extremely flexible, and able to prioritize tasks based on company needs while meeting tight deadlines.
- Technical skills: You should be internet-savvy, with good technical skills, and able to troubleshoot independently.
- Excellent communication skills: You should have excellent communication skills and phone manner, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
