The Program Associate will support the High School Programs’ administrative, logistical, and communication needs, including managing student communications, data, and events.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with students, teachers, and parents
- Set up Zoom classes and assist with general program logistics
- Draft language for general emails and website content
- Manage contracts and engagement letters with faculty and vendors
- Update and maintain student data and Salesforce entries
- Compile readers and program materials
- Support curriculum development through editing, and design
- Plan and run in-person and online student events (including the occasional Sunday)
- Strategize with the Director about program expansion and improvement
- Assist with special projects as assigned
