**Key Responsibilities:**
As a CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in the development, configuration, and upkeep of our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and preserving the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet organization needs
* Supporting new development, configuration, and upkeep on the platform
* Providing technical data and guidance to internal organizations regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform
* Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions
* Collaborating with IT and distinctive organizations to align on tech needs and implementations
* Keeping up to date with cutting-edge dispositions and great practices related to the Adobe Experience Platform
* Conducting ordinary audits to ensure gold popular use of the platform
* Leading training durations to up-capacity internal organizations on the effective use of the platform
* Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds
**What You Need to Succeed:**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation & marketing and marketing solution experience
* Strong technical skills, especially with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
* Excellent conversation skills, capable of conveying technical thoughts to non-technical audiences
* Strong analytical skills
* Consistently prioritizes safety and protection of self, others, and personal data
* Embraces several people, thinking, and styles
* Possesses an immoderate college degree, GED, or immoderate college equivalency
* Is a minimum of 18 years of age and has authorization to artwork inside the United States
