About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Manager - Management Information Systems to join our GSG Colleague MIS & Analytics team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in driving the performance of our frontline colleagues across global card servicing processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business while developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with operations' customers to identify metrics and targets that drive behaviors, support business targets, and create a competitive environment.
- Collaborate with business leaders and Ops managers to draft presentations and share insights with customers.
- Design, implement, and maintain performance management programs, ensuring compliance with Incentives design and Governance processes.
- Provide insightful analysis to customers in an accurate and timely manner, driving business decisions and outcomes.
- Lead or support multiple metrics initiatives and projects, providing consultative expertise focused on win-win solutions.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to take direction and drive deliverables within tight timeframes.
- Experience managing business operations and making strategic changes that drive impact.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Conceptual thinking skills and the ability to identify and implement technical solutions that drive process automation and productivity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A sense of ownership and flexibility to support international business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience with Hive is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $170,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits. We consider factors such as location, experience, and job-related factors when determining pay.
