We're seeking a skilled Marketing Delivery Manager to join our PSS Marketing Operations team, driving the efficient delivery of marketing assets and campaigns that bring our vision to life.
About the Role
The Marketing Delivery Manager reports to a Senior Delivery Manager and is responsible for developing and tracking project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in collaborating with marketing strategists, creative and digital enablement teams, and vendors to drive end-to-end project delivery, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and track project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, creative and digital enablement teams, and vendors.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, resolving issues and monitoring project progress and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
- Report on project progress, risks, and outcomes, providing insights for future improvements.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 5+ years of experience in project, delivery, account, traffic, or marketing operations management.
- 2+ years of experience within an agency or internal marketing organization.
- 2+ years of experience working with project management tools, with Workfront platform experience being a plus.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience).

- Solid project and process management skills, with a strong understanding of waterfall and/or agile methodologies.

- Project management certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary range of $66,330 - $159,120, depending on experience and geography.
- Eligibility for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
