Job Summary
As a Live Chat Specialist at Gubagoo, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. You will be the face of our company online, and your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure that you can provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and provide insights that help our clients improve their business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve business goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer engagement and lead generation.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. We welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems.
- Strong ability to multitask, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Work Schedule and Requirements
As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with shifts available during the day, evening, and night. You will be required to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.

- Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EDT.
