We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Support Center Representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to patients and internal customers. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure they receive the care they need.
In this role, you will:
- Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating care, concern, and quality in every interaction
- Utilize multiple systems, including Microsoft Suite, to resolve customer needs and document patient information
- Collaborate with internal teams, including clinicians and supervisors, to resolve patient issues and improve health outcomes
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
We're looking for candidates with:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer service-based role
- 40 wpm typing speed and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a virtual environment
Preferred qualifications include:
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience working in a virtual environment
- Previous experience working with multiple computer screens while speaking to customers
