**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Professional, you will be responsible for utilizing your exceptional data entry skills to drive success in our pharmacy operations. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, while providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
* Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow.
* Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, ensuring information is entered accurately, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets, verifying medication is accurate, and checking for potential interactions.
* Assist pharmacists in administering medical services, including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other medical services as required.
* Assist pharmacy staff in coordination of medical services, arenaflex healthcare clinics, and external vendors.
* Develop strong relationships with most valuable customers.
* Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience.
* Engage customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with services and products.
* Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a superior customer experience.
* Fashion and share customer service best practices with all team members to provide a unique and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex service traits (e.g., providing help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until happy, etc.).
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
* Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex.
* Prefer desirable math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
* Prefer correct computer skills.
* Prefer knowledge of store inventory management.
* Prefer % certification.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., health sciences, business administration).
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
* Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
