About the IT Asset Management Team
Our IT Asset Management team is at the forefront of managing and optimizing our IT assets, ensuring seamless operations and driving business growth. As an IT Asset Business Process Analyst III, you will be an integral part of this team, responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving business processes, and managing IT assets across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of IT asset management, ensuring streamlined operations and reduced costs.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT asset-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.
- User Story Development: Write and document user stories using JIRA, working closely with developers and engineers to ensure clear requirements and successful project outcomes.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Write, review, and maintain internal and external standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
- IT Asset Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain standardized procedures for tracking and reporting IT assets, providing accurate and timely insights to stakeholders.
- IT Asset Management Tools: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT asset management databases and tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization.
- Metrics and Reporting: Identify key metrics, create clear dashboards, and report to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and driving business decisions.
- Customer Support: Assist the team with customer tickets and requests as needed, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT asset management, project management, process management, product management, business operations, or a related role, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data, driving business decisions and process improvements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Suite, JIRA, or other related project management tools is required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: Advanced customer service and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Standard Operating Procedures: Knowledge of writing standard operating procedures is preferred.
- Project Leadership: Experience in leading projects, writing stories, and building roadmaps is desirable.
- Technology Asset Industry: Experience in the technology asset industry is a plus.

Compensation
The base pay for this position ranges from $81,600 to $120,000 USD, depending on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
