**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, conducting data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gain insights into key business issues and expectations, and communicate results to a wide range of stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, including information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions
* Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
* Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board
* Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
* Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
* Present to the board and other senior stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Four-year degree in data systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance
* Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
* Proficient in analysis software and applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
* Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
* Microsoft Power BI
* Microsoft Power Apps
* Alteryx
* Python/R
* Automation
* Income Information
* Basic Accounting Information
* Proficient in analysis software and applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
