Job Overview
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our New York office. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls; prepare meeting rooms and materials
Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure records are accurate and up to date
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
Order office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers
Support internal projects and assist consultants with administrative requests
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or clerical role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
Nice to Have
Experience in a consulting, professional services, or corporate office setting
Familiarity with accounting, invoicing, or expense management systems
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Hours: 20–25 hours/week
Rate: $30–$40/hr
