**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Property and Casualty Insurance, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies

* Handling all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or GED
* 2+ years of sales experience
* Proven attendance reliability
* Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
* Current active resident property and casualty insurance license - General P&C, NOT Personal Lines - in a minimum of 25 to 50 states
* Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Insurance industry sales experience
* Service industry and/or Contact Center experience
