**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Sr. Strategic Customer Project Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for providing management and oversight of business-class advanced voice, ethernet, and/or all associated small to medium business project offers from order submission through installation. You'll be the primary contact with customers and IT/technical personnel/vendor/reseller, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceeding organizational scorecard, productivity, and quality metrics.
**Core Responsibilities:**
* Establishes and manages critical dates required for on-time completion of network and/or product activations, evaluating the impact of change on the overall installation timeline.
* Identifies and manages risks, issues, and gaps that could impact timelines, goals, and installation of services; develops, triggers, and manages mitigation plans for installation of services.
* Plans agendas for and facilitates required meetings; prioritizes and drives cross-functional activities as related to the installations being managed, and develops and manages communications, summary reports, and status for various audiences; provides accurate installation status information in the form of formal briefings, program/project coordination meetings, and written/graphical reports.
* Collaborates with various levels of sales, operations, engineering, and other functional groups to ensure orders flow appropriately and accurately through completion.
* Reviews sales contracts and validates services with customers to ensure accuracy of product orders.
* Provides guidance to other team members on matters of process, procedure, and organizational compliance; proactively identifies opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures and recommends solutions.
* Consistently meets or exceeds organizational scorecard, productivity, and quality metrics.
* Supports multi-location customers with multiple services at each location by managing the installation of the customer's services.
* Serves as primary contact with customer and IT/technical personnel/vendor/reseller.
* Supports multiple products within advanced voice and ethernet, including associated small to medium business products during installation of services.
* May interface with customers in regards to their products during installation of services.
* May be focused on the delivery of standard product offerings or MACDs (i.e., moves, adds, changes, and disconnects).
* May develop standards, processes, and procedures utilized by members of the team, including trialing new product support as well as systems/tools rollouts.
* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
* Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Communications).
* 5-7 years of experience in project management, customer service, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
* Strong understanding of business-class advanced voice, ethernet, and small to medium business solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Communications).
* PMP or Agile certification.
* Experience working with sales, operations, engineering, and other functional groups.
* Strong understanding of Comcast's products and services.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

* Primary Location Pay Range: $78,235.13 - $117,352.70
* This job can be performed in California with a Pay Range of $72,760.54 - $130,968.96
* Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that arenaflex provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
* Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
