Role: HALO ITSM SME
Location: Offshore / Remote – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida (in order of preferences )
Experience: 4–8 yrs in ITSM tools with hands-on experience in HaloITSM preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Support HALO instance setup and configuration
- Configure ticketing, service desk workflows, SLAs, and automation rules
- Set up service desk modules (Incident / Service Request)
- Assist with basic integrations (email, AD, APIs)
- Support service catalog, forms, and reports configuration
Required Skills- Experience with HaloITSM administration and configuration
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request)
- Experience with workflow automation and business rules
