This is a beginner-level live chat role, and we're happy to provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
- Offer personalized sales solutions, including providing sales links and discounts
