**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and timely manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of service and care. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work from home after completing our comprehensive training program.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
* Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations.
* Answer and document all telephone inquiries, and research and resolve problems with patients' bills.
* Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, and print courtesy claims and itemized statements.
* Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information, and arranges financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed.
* Performs other duties and assignments as requested.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
* Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
* Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply.
