We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team!

About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with people who have filled out a form to see if they meet the criteria to potentially qualify for compensation. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a high volume of connections, and speaking to 40-50 callers a day, of which 1-5 callers would potentially qualify. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while working in a flexible, hybrid remote arrangement.

We offer a competitive salary, with a starting rate of $17.31/hour, plus commissions and bonuses, resulting in a total compensation of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+). Our benefits package includes:
