**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in our data collection project, working closely with participants to ensure accurate and efficient data collection. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Understanding project-provided documentation to assist participants
* Interacting with participant(s) and leading them through data collection sessions
* Acknowledging and resolving participants' issues, escalating unsolved issues
* Capturing data for assigned projects, aiming to reach targeted daily goals
* Conveying session details to the Project Manager and Production team
* Communicating and coordinating with project team members
* Interacting with various hardware and software
**Responsibilities**
* Understand project-provided documentation to assist participants in navigating the data collection process
* Interact with participant(s) and lead them through data collection sessions, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection
* Acknowledge and resolve participants' issues, escalating unsolved issues to the project team
* Capture data for assigned projects, aiming to reach targeted daily goals and contribute to the success of the project
* Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
* Communicate and coordinate with project team members, including participants, moderators, and production team members
* Interact with various hardware and software, including Macs, iPhones, and Terminal in macOS
**Moderator Skills Required**
* Speak clearly and naturally, with excellent communication skills
* Be fluent in both the language of collection and English
* Have some technical proficiency, capable of using a Mac, iPhone, and comfortable working with Terminal in macOS
* Be good with troubleshooting problems and finding solutions
* Update a spreadsheet-based tracker with details about each participant's session, ensuring accurate and complete tracking
**Requirements**
* Work Location: Onsite in Powai, Mumbai, India
* Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm for 2-6 weeks in December 2024/January 2025
* Language Requirements: English and Marathi (Bilingual/Native)
