Requires intermediate to advanced technical aptitude operating Windows, Mac, Mobile Devices, software applications (MS Office 365 Suite, MS Teams, Tableau) and proprietary databases.%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%0A%0A%3Cp style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3EAdditional details for this project role:%3C/p%3E%0A%0A%3Cp style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3E%26bull; Monday %26ndash; Friday %26nbsp;%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Shifts vary based on volume between 8:00 am %26ndash; 8:00 pm ET%26nbsp;%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Expect to work variable hours each week which will range from 0 to 30 hours %26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%0A%0A%3Cp style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3E%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Technical Coach (50%)%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Provide technical troubleshooting to candidates via soft phone, internet, Right Management software applications.%26nbsp;%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Communicate effectively via email with colleagues to allocate work related activity, and with candidates to give additional technical or web related assistance.%26nbsp;%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Escalate unresolved inquiries related to Right Management applications to internal IT support or 3rd party vendors as applicable%26nbsp;%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Enter call records into database%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Manage miscellaneous Operations matters%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%0A%0A%3Cp style=%22font-family: Arial;%22%3ESupport Career Management delivery team (50%)%26nbsp;%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Match and assign candidates to consultants for the purpose of coaching and resume development.%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Create and maintain monthly calendar of events.%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Create and publish candidate communications.%26nbsp;%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Coordinate specific program deliverables.%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Contribute to the Operations Support Council assessment and landing requests.%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Summarize data and produce reports as required.%3Cbr /%3E%0A%26bull; Support special projects as needed.%3C/p%3E%0A Required Qualifications  Education and Experience Required:  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred but not mandatory) • Five years+ of related administrative support experience in a role where regular customer/client contact was the norm. • Experience in a multi-tasking corporate position would be an asset. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  • Customer focused with a warm and engaging personality that conveys over the telephone and through written communication. • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Comfortable with technology and fearless about adapting to new tools and applications. • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills such as mastery of proprietary software is essential. • Excellent oral and written English communication skills  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks assigned by numerous individuals. • Independent and driven to take initiative in order to complete tasks and solve problems.  • Ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracy while meeting deadlines. • Team player willing to be flexible in the midst of changing priorities. • Professional presentation; comfortable interacting with a diverse range of candidates and staff. • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.  Talent Solutions Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
