**Job Summary:**
As a Part-time Data Entry Coordinator – Transitional Care, you'll work closely with our facilities to process new business leads, provide accurate information to customers, and participate in ongoing communication with our facilities regarding leads. You'll be accountable for results and demonstrate a sense of urgency when processing leads. Your attention to detail, knowledge of different payer types across various levels of senior care, and ability to perform benefit verifications accurately will be essential in this role.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide customers with facility-related information via telephone conversations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Process new business leads promptly in our referral management system, adhering to established deadlines and quality standards.
* Participate in ongoing communication with our facilities regarding leads, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective lead management.
* Hold yourself accountable for results, demonstrating a sense of urgency when processing leads to meet business objectives.
* Supply accurate information to the best of your knowledge, adhering to the data entry expectation list and ensuring data integrity.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of different payer types across various levels of senior care, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
* Perform benefit verifications accurately using different insurance portals, ensuring timely and accurate results.
**Requirements:**
* Previous health care admissions/marketing/sales experience is preferred, but not required.
* Experience with verifying insurance benefits is also preferred, but not essential.
* Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff, upholding the highest standards of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence.
* Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs and provide excellent customer service.
