**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Group Lead to lead our customer service team and ensure that we deliver high-quality customer service and order management. As a Customer Service Group Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, responding to customer inquiries, resolving escalated customer complaints, and analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Group Lead, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat, providing accurate product or service information, and addressing any questions or concerns.
* Resolving escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Analyzing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction.
* Order Management - processing orders, changes, and cancellations, tracking and updating customers on the status of their orders and requests, and monitoring shipping conditions and routing for accuracy.
* Leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
* Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer service is aligned with business objectives.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
* Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
* Strong understanding of order management systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
* Proficient with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
* Prior leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a customer service or manufacturing environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
* Strong knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing Industry and its customers.
