About the Role

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school graduate or G.E.D., demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously, and managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, demonstrating strong keyboard skills and attention to detail
