Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors, to maintain the highest level of data quality.
• Scan or upload documents, as required, to ensure that all relevant information is captured and stored securely.
• Perform routine office/lab duties, such as answering phones and maintaining supplies, to support the smooth operation of our team.
• Maintain logs of activities and completed work, and file completed documents in appropriate locations or distribute them, to ensure that all records are accurate and easily accessible.
• Provide data lists, spreadsheets, and reports, as required, to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
• Create or modify databases according to the needs of the department, to ensure that our data management systems are flexible and adaptable.
• Provide direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork, to ensure that all stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.
• Train other data entry employees, as required, to support the development of our team and ensure that all members have the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned, to support the achievement of our goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data entry and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications are required:

• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree/Bachelors Degree preferred, to demonstrate a commitment to education and personal development.
• Two years of experience in data entry or a related field, to provide a solid understanding of data management principles and practices.
