The Client Experience (CEX) team at blithequark is responsible for crafting brilliant experiences for our 150+ million users across various countries. We manage the entire user journey, from sign-up to personalized content reviews on different devices. Our fast and intuitive experiences cater to diverse user segments, including mobile and living room viewers. Supported by relevant services, we advance through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
The Discovery Group, a sub-group within CEX, focuses on transforming content discovery. We aim to provide users with an intuitive and personalized experience, enabling seamless exploration and refinement of their preferences. Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, architects, and guardians, we optimize algorithms and recommendation systems. By exploring user preferences and behaviors, we deliver immersive content discovery experiences.
