**Essential Qualifications**
* 0-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and effective solutions.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus, but not required.
