**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers in finding the products they need, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Maintaining a positive sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise
* Handling clerical duties such as customer files and contracts
* Working with customer files and contracts to ensure accurate and timely processing

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

* Physical ability to perform a physically demanding job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don't worry, we'll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
