Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Opening checking and savings accounts, maintaining customer accounts, and helping resolve disputes.
• Referring customers to loan officers or other financial specialists as needed.
• Recording transactions, counting and packaging currency, and reconciling cash drawers.
• Promoting Blithequark's products and services, including safe deposit boxes, and encouraging customers to take advantage of our offerings.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, management, and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Performing various receptionist, secretarial, and clerical duties to support the smooth operation of our branch.

Work Schedule

Compensation and Benefits
