What to Expect: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting student and patient processes through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting with admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes, providing accurate and timely information to students and patients.
- Utilizing ERP and CRM systems to review student records and assist with enrollment, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with university policies.
- Scheduling patient appointments and navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring efficient and effective communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Ensuring compliance with university policies and HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
What We Require: Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in higher education, student services, or healthcare.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems, such as Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare, with a strong understanding of academic programs, policies, and regulations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Experience with NextGen and/or Avaya systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
