We need an experienced API/automation engineer to connect JaneApp to GoHighLevel (GHL) and build a reliable, two-way calendar sync between the two systems. We have the code just require expertise and implementation.
Our clinic uses JaneApp for all scheduling and GHL for CRM, SMS, lead follow-up, and automations. We must ensure that bookings, cancellations, and reschedules are instantly reflected in both systems with no manual work, no double bookings, and no missed appointments.
What We Need Built
1. JaneApp → GHL Sync
When a patient books, cancels, or reschedules in JaneApp, GHL must update automatically.
GHL must instantly stop follow-up automations when someone books.
Contact status and pipeline stage must update automatically.
2. GHL → JaneApp Sync
When someone books through a GHL funnel or scheduling link, the appointment must be created in JaneApp.
Must prevent double booking and respect JaneApp availability, hours, and blackout times.
Appointment confirmation details must pass back to GHL.
Technical Requirements
Strong experience with API Integration, RESTful API, webhooks, and custom middleware (Node.js or Python).
Ability to work with JaneApp API endpoints and GHL webhooks.
Experience building serverless functions or lightweight backend services.
Must deliver clean, reliable, repeatable automation (no fragile Zapier “patches”).
Must implement error handling, testing, and a fail-safe workflow.

Fully functional 2-way sync between JaneApp ↔ GHL
All necessary API/webhook connections
Full documentation of how the system works
1–2 weeks of stability monitoring after deployment
Fix any sync issues that appear during testing
