**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in the development of our Google Classroom platform. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Designing and Developing Software Solutions**: Write product or device improvement code, participate in or lead design reviews with colleagues and stakeholders, and review code advanced by other developers.
* **Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with educators, product managers, and designers to understand user needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
* **Troubleshooting and Debugging**: Triage product or device issues, debug, track, and resolve problems by reading the resources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
* **Contributing to Documentation and Knowledge Sharing**: Contribute to present documentation or educational content, and adapt content based on product/application updates and user feedback.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's Degree**: A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
* **2+ Years of Experience**: 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development, back-end with Java, and front-end with JavaScript.
* **Strong Programming Skills**: Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C++.
* **Experience with Data Systems**: 2+ years of experience with data systems, algorithms, and large-scale ETL structures.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
