**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users via phone, email, and our ticketing system. Your primary objectives will be to:
* Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a professional and courteous manner.

**Requirements**
