**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, application owners, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality results that exceed expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and implement scalable, efficient, and secure Java-based solutions for our customer systems
* Collaborate with business leaders, application owners, designers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results
* Work independently to identify and resolve complex technical issues, often under tight deadlines
* Develop and maintain large-scale, low-latency web applications using Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies
* Design and implement data structures, algorithms, and data access layers to optimize performance and scalability
* Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data technologies is a plus
* Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality code is delivered
* Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new developments in Java and related technologies
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on backend systems and architecture
* Strong understanding of Java, Spring, and related technologies
* Experience with data structures, algorithms, and data access layers
* Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data technologies is a plus
