As a key member of our team, you'll provide front-line information and assistance to customers, both on the telephone and in person. You'll also assist with general office functions, including filing, mail/fax distribution, office supplies, and related duties. **Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Assist with general office functions, including filing, mail/fax distribution, office supplies, and related duties * Use Document Imaging software to scan and manage documents * Process mail and other correspondence, including opening and sorting mail, and preparing packages for shipment * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic * Collaborate with other team members to achieve program goals and objectives * Participate in on-the-job training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * Three years' work experience in general office work, or related experience, including at least one year experience using Word and Excel * Use of Document Imaging software is preferred but not required * Two years of mail processing, or equivalent clerical experience is preferred * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid Washington state driver's license with an insurable driving record **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer service or front-line role * Knowledge of housing programs and services * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience with Document Imaging software **What We Offer** * Competitive salary, ranging from $26.33 to $34.86 per hour * Great benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and Public Employees' Retirement (PERS) * Generous paid leave and holidays * Reasonable hours * Part-time telework opportunities in some jobs * Opportunities for on-the-job training and professional development **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is a dynamic and inclusive work environment, with a strong commitment to diversity and equity * Our team is passionate about creating positive change in our community, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us * We offer a range of benefits and perks, including flexible work arrangements, learning opportunities, and affinity groups * Our office is located in the heart of Seattle, with easy access to public transportation and amenities **How to Apply** If you're passionate about customer service and committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable community, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
