**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering enthusiastic, professional-quality service to customers and bank personnel via phone, email, and online chat
* Serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call statistics and account information
* Adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection policies in a remote work environment
* Processing transactions, including telephone transfers, loan payments, and stop payments requests
* Monitoring and responding to online chats and emails from customers
* Maintaining knowledge of regulations governing banking services, including demand deposits and savings accounts
* Assisting customers with Internet Banking and Bill Pay, including resetting passcodes and guiding through the website
* Providing video teller assistance for ITMs
* Maintaining accurate department records and staying up-to-date on all bank products and services
* Cross-selling to existing and prospective customers, identifying sales referral opportunities and making appropriate referrals
* Participating in sales campaigns and performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Extensive knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products and services, with a minimum of two years customer service experience or related experience
* Financial Call Center experience preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and perform repetitive tasks
* Ability to work from home in a remote position
* Ability to sit for extended periods of time
* Ability to travel to office for periodic meetings and training
* Ability to multi-task and work outside normal banking hours
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft 360 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Attention to detail and relationship-building skills
* Flexible and dependable, with good communication skills, both verbal and written
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards
* Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and online banking platforms
* Experience with sales and customer service metrics and analytics

* Complete work accurately and efficiently
* Avoid distractions and use the right technology and follow the "Work from Home" guidelines
* Maintain a positive work environment with coworkers and customers
* Conduct customer relations in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the bank
* Provide courteous and professional service to all customers
* Meet technical requirements, including internet speed test (10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload, with a latency of 50ms or less)
