As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on our members' lives. You will be the first point of contact for questions about our service offerings and will resolve member concerns in a timely and accurate manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
This is a remote position, and you must live in Virginia to be considered. The required start date is 10/22/2024, and you will work a schedule of Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday (4-10 hour shifts). You must have a high-speed internet connection of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload, and you will be required to provide proof of a speed test. You must also have a dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely.
