Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for remote data entry and customer service positions, offering flexible scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. Our available shifts include evenings (10:30pm-4am, Monday-Thursday, and 10:30pm-6am on Friday), days (11am-4pm, Sunday, and Tuesday-Friday), and dusk (4pm-10pm, Monday-Friday). Please note that working days and hours may be subject to change, and we will discuss your availability during the prescreening call.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls, responding to messages, and providing exceptional customer service to drivers and customers
• Running reports, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in various databases
• Supporting drivers with logistics and operational inquiries
• Opening and closing trailer doors for evening shifts, requiring the ability to move in and out of trailers when necessary
• Inputting data into databases to track feeders and their products
• Working efficiently in a time-sensitive and team-oriented environment
• Performing other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers

Requirements and Qualifications
