Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for statuses, demonstrating organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Sort and organize data, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and effective way.
• Verify information provided to our clients by 3rd party entities by using online databases to cross-check information, ensuring data accuracy and validity.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Availability to work 40 hours per week starting immediately, with a stable internet connection and a computer-savvy approach to work.
