The Benefits Representative position at blithequark is a full-time, hourly role that reports to the Benefits Manager. As a Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for processing various benefits, including Health, Life, LTD, and Flexible Spending, as well as assisting with online enrollment system design and reviews. You will also create and maintain weekly Flexible Spending Reports and reviews, and provide support and answer questions related to Life and LTD claims.
