In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with external clients, providing strategic and technical support to review customer cases connected with blithequark systems and projects. You will be responsible for giving the procedure to review business applications and cloud services for consistency with our policies and researching application integration issues with APIs, enterprise clients, and blithequark services. Your expertise in technical account management will enable you to identify valuable opportunities and take a chance with a client's technical decisions.
In this role, you will work intimately with a team of technical account managers, internal product, and development management, and a wide range of technology partners and enterprise clients to deliver high-quality, performant, and business-critical solutions. You will define processes that enable the team to scale and design tools that ensure developers can validate their solutions and integrations. You and the team will provide critical feedback to the sales support teams and internal development teams on how the technical integrations and applications work with both the client tech stack and internal APIs.
