About the Role: Director of Sales - California South District
We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Sales to join our team in the California South District. As a remote work-from-home professional, you will lead a team of Market Area Managers (MAMs) within a designated geographic territory, driving business growth and improvement by recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team. By leveraging our organizational health model and upholding our core values, you will play a pivotal role in achieving company objectives and fostering a culture of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of MAMs to enroll dealers and consistently generate contract volume within your territory, driving business growth and revenue.
- Monitor and uphold the 10 Dimensions of Organizational Health to ensure optimal team performance and alignment with company goals, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Implement strategies to drive new business growth and increase contract volume from existing dealers, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Mentor and coach MAMs to identify and address performance gaps effectively, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Demonstrate effective leadership through strategic planning, clear communication, and strong relationship building, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them, driving growth and innovation in the automotive finance industry.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the automotive industry, with a proven track record of growth and performance improvement.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the designated district (California South District).
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and stakeholders.

- Automotive industry experience, with a deep understanding of the used car finance market and trends.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A targeted compensation of $192,460 Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission.
