Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing program that aligns with blithequark's enterprise strategy, driving business growth and customer engagement.
- Foster brand awareness and increase sales through customer advocacy, leveraging various channels and tactics to amplify customer success stories.
- Create an integrated strategy for customer engagement and advocacy, encompassing digital and in-person events, executive briefing centers, and advisory boards.
- Activate blithequark advocates through targeted initiatives, including digital campaigns, in-person events, and other engagement opportunities.
- Drive process maturity to enhance team efficiency and customer experience, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Uncover and amplify customer success stories, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content and narratives.
- Manage advocate acquisition, development, and promotion, ensuring a robust and engaged customer advocacy program.
- Support sales cycle and deal closure, leveraging customer advocacy to drive revenue growth and business outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Establish key performance indicators for content and program evaluation, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in customer marketing principles and practices.
- A proven track record in launching and driving cross-functional customer engagement programs, with a focus on customer advocacy and storytelling.
- Experience in customer advisory boards, summits, and conference speaking engagements, with a strong ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Proficiency in creating Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) and engaging experiences, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Expertise in customer storytelling, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and content that drive business outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams.

Location and Travel Requirements
This role is available for remote applicants, although we prefer candidates who live within a reasonable commute of one of blithequark's offices, as we operate on a hybrid work model.
