Key Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, or email, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Educate and Inform: Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business, including payment determinations, claims processing, and disease management programs.
- Advocate for Health and Wellness: Promote healthy living programs and disease management initiatives, making personalized recommendations to customers.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Take ownership of customer issues, using your problem-solving skills to resolve them promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Develop Your Skills: Participate in regular training and development opportunities, honing your skills and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and resolving customer issues.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or health insurance setting.
