Your Role as a Customer Service Associate I
As a Customer Service Associate I at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative of our customer service team, handling a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
In Your Typical Day, You Will:
- Manage 40-50 inbound and outbound calls daily, ensuring timely and effective communication with our customers.
- Assist customers with a range of inquiries, including payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information, providing accurate and helpful responses.
- Promote blithequark customer benefits, such as our Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR services, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Proactively reach out to customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payments, offering support and guidance to help them stay on track.
Qualifications for Success
To excel as a Customer Service Associate I at blithequark, you should have:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- At least 6 months of call center experience, showing your familiarity with call center operations and your ability to manage a high volume of calls.
Additional Details About the Opportunity
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy an hourly rate of $15.00, with opportunities for a monthly bonus and incentive rewards based on your performance.
- Comprehensive Training: Benefit from our comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training program, where you'll receive the equipment needed to succeed in your role.
- Location and Schedule: While this is a remote opportunity, you must reside within 60 miles of our Longview office. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7am to 8pm, Friday from 7am to 7pm, and Saturday from 8am to 12pm. Your work schedule will align with these business hours after completing training.
